It's not bad. It's just that there are many elements that are missing.

One huge issue is that it needs sound. I's hard to believe that a few sound effects and/or some background music can turn someone's vote from a 1 to a 4.

Another thing is that it's too short and basic. Now don't confuse simple with basic. A simple movie can be a great thing, if it's pulled off correctly. What I mean is that this movie is nothing more than, "Fox. Fox scratches off flea. Fox tries to eat flea. The end."

I do have one compliment for this flash. I really liked the artwork in this. At least the fox was well drawn, and the frame-by-frame animation makes it a lot more visually appealing than the alternative.

So I give this one a 5/10. It has potential. Improve on this flash, and it can be something great.

As far as a demo goes, it's not bad.
But I would definitely want to see the completed version of this.
Other than "add more stuff, My only suggestion is to make the size a bit smaller. 1000X700 is a bit overwhelming.

It's disturbing...but in a good way.

This one has a lot of entertainment value. The animation is decent, I lol'd at some parts, and It's all-around high quality work.
My opinion: it's a fun little movie that has lots of replay value.

The song is amazing. The animation is simple, yet perfect.
It's so sad that the little fox dies in the end, though. It's one of those things that makes you want to cry, but not just in sadness. I never knew such a simple little flash could be packed with so much emotion.

This is truly one of the hidden gems on ng.

I really enjoyed watching this. It's very deep and emotional. I also think the hand-drawn-to-flash had a good effect on the mood of the animation.
This is a winner in my eyes.

One piece of criticism though: Because it's in flash format, it will play in the browser right away. I highly recommend adding a preloader, because there was some lag when I watched it.

NG in-a-box is a very good idea, but it's impractical for actual use. It seems much easier to actually visit NG for this information (especially people like me who have it set as their home page).
Despite that fact, this flash was done very well.

This can become much more than what it is. Newgrounds today CAN become the new ng mag. The problem with ng mag is the negligence and lack of attention, which led to it's being basically defunct. Keep at it and the result will be great. I look forward to your August issue.
